The Paradise has a long history, made of experiences and traditions succeeded over the years, from father to son and from generation to generation.

The structure, as we know it today, is the result of years of works and renovations, that helped to make it one of the most beautiful and requested location of this area.

The Paradise Restaurant was inaugurated on December 4th, 1982 by Mr. Salvatore Scrivano and Mrs. Marcella Leocata, which, thanks to the experiences made by their own families (one family was the founder of the first Restaurant-Pizzeria of Biancavilla and the other one was the founder of the first Bar-Pastry Shop), founded their company with seriousness and professionalism.

In more than thirty years of work, the Scrivano’s family have experienced a great deal in the field of catering and luxury banqueting.

Thanks to the combination between the family management and the the staff professionalism, Mr. and Mrs. Scrivano, together with their sons, Soriana, Giuseppe and Dario, were able to create a perfect mix, hard to find in other places; here, indeed, the perfect success of each event goes with cordiality, warmth and hospitality: all features that you can find just in a big family!

Among the various changes made to the structure (like the inauguration of the Outdoor Reception Room and of the garden in 1998 and the  renewal of the Dining Room in 2005) it’s important to report the extension of the activity even to the hotel sector, in 2009.

In 2010,the garden has been extended with an area with a swimming pool and a solarium, which made the external area wonderful and perfect for banqueting and gave an additional service to the hotel.  

The icing on the cake was put in 2017 with the creation of a wonderful Pool Bar in the poolside: the perfect place for spending you time during the hot Sicilian summer evenings.

During the years, here at Paradise Hotel, there have been a lot of changes, except one: the passion, the attention to the customer and the will to work, always remained the same!
